I have this problem since i started to cut nail by myself. my toenail is killing me coz it always prick by the side inside of my toe. and each time the nail grow back it hurts. so, what is the best way to fix my problem.Nails problem. the right way of cutting damage toenails?
Go see your doctor. It sounds like you cut the toenail back too far and when it tries to grow back, instead of growing out, it's ingrowing.

Acrylic Nails...what are the problems?
I want to get either acrylic or gel nails I have super short nails now cuz i have a really bas habit of biting them.. What things is it hard to do (write, type...) with fake nails?
Can you use an iPhone?
Thanks!Acrylic Nails...what are the problems?
i pretty much always have mine done(i do them) and at first, especially if u have never had them its a little tough 2 type or 2 text but after a day or 2 u get used 2 them. as long as ur not into those crazy long weird nails. also i used 2 bite my nails 2 and it does help a ton because they r 2 thick. the only real bad thing is if u rip them off urself they can usually make ur nails kinda thin. but if u have them removed at the salon they will be fine. they make ur fingers look longer and i feel extra confident when i have mine done lol. hope i helpedAcrylic Nails...what are the problems?
it is not hard to write or type if you get a short nail but if you want to get really long nails then it will be hard to do some things.
The manicurist will file down your natural nail and that can cause sore fingers afterwards. just an fyi
It depends on how long they are as to whether how hard those things are.
I find it hard to type with mine and using the i phone is also hard but you find a way :)

Problem with nail biting?
My younger sister has had a nail-biting problem since she was about six years old, and now she's almost 15. I wouldn't be so concerned, if it weren't for the fact that it has gone extreme in the past three years. Now, she doesn't just bite the cuticle, in fact, she bites the skin above the finger and around the finger. She has chewed away so much, that her thumbs are starting to get stumpy looking, and her hands feel gross; like the way my fingers feel after I've played guitar for a whole day. (For the non-guitarists, that usually means the skin on your calluses starts peeling and falling away, but in moderation so it's not that gross.)
She also has this gross habit of biting of slivers of skin, then spitting it out in random places, but that's just a minor problem. She has bitten her fingers so much, that it's become very habitual, and she doesn't even know that she's doing it. We've tried everything to make her stop, including lemon juice, hot sauce, and just plain covering her hands with gloves or long socks! What can we do to get her to stop?Problem with nail biting?
you can try keeping them manicured, the hot sauce..
they sell drops to put on them also to deter this behavior.
however it is mental, a hand mouth fixation, or oral fixation and probably nerves.
try gum or lollipops for the oral fixation, carrot sticks.
and try to get to the root of possibly anxiety.
that may help.
good luckProblem with nail biting?
I have bitten my nails for as long as I can remember, now I'm 14 I just can't stop. I've heard to just do one hand then go down nail by nail I haven't tried it yet though, put on fake nails or buy nail bitting polish (didn't work for me though) I find fake nails and pretty nail polish helps because they look better so im inspired to grow them(:
your a nervous wreck

I have problems with my nails.?
My nails don't brake easily but they have layers or peel of . I don't know if is the use of detergents or dryness or maybe a need of some vitamin. I try different products like Sally Hansen but the problem continue. the curios thing is that its happening me lately, a mean its the first time that it happen to me.I have problems with my nails.?
Usually peeling results from dryness, so when you are doing
dishes, if you can, wear gloves and always use hand lotion morning, afternoon, and night-time. You really start to notice a difference after a few days. I recommend Vaseline Healthy Hand and Nail, it's in a pink bottle. It smells a little funny, but it quickly fades. There's another one from the drug store I can't remember the brand but it's something like whipped silk rose blossom and it smells really good and works well!I have problems with my nails.?
dont worry, just start using strengthening nail polish theyll get back to normal healthy nails in no time! also, make sure your eating healthy.
there are also good multivitimins that are good for your hair %26amp; nails :D
Mine do the same thing.
What you can do is drink lots of healthy water.
Vitams are good
and will help this
Hmmm... strange because i swear by Sally Hansen. I would take a vitamin for nails. If it doesn't help maybe go see your doctor. They can prescribe something if it's caused by something ie: stress or thyroid problem.
I dip my finger nails in lemon juice(freshly squeezed leomns and it strengthen and grows my nails. I have really long nails. My grandparents taught me this at an early age. I haven't tried it in a while but I may have to resort back to it since I'm having the same probs as you. I've tried sally hansen, layers of polish..etc....this works best and I may have to go back to this old remedy. Hope it works...:)
My nails have always done this. I haven't clue why. I've tried everything. Usually just in the winter months they are worse. So I think it's dryness.
that always happens to me, so to prevent that, i just put a lot of hard nail polish on my nails, haha, i know it sounds stupid, but its the closest thing. The thick, heavy layers of polish just keep everything hard. just use a base, and then the top coat twice
good luck haha

Will hair, skin and nail vitamins help with spots and problem skin?
I know this is a typically obvious answer, but the best thing for your skin is water...drink lots of it, your skin will come out in spots whilst its cleansing, but it does work!
Oh and stay away from chocolate!! lolWill hair, skin and nail vitamins help with spots and problem skin?
i've used the garnier nutrioniste renewal exfoliator and moisturizer with a charcoal masque. and im very pleased with the results. i got noticeable results after the first useWill hair, skin and nail vitamins help with spots and problem skin?
More information is needed to answer this question. What kind of spots and skin problems are you talking about?
That's a tricky question to answer, primarily because ';skin health'; can mean different things to different people. Some people get perfectly even skin, some people get more lubricated skin (which is sometimes too oily), some people get drier skin (if it's too oily already), etc, etc.
Quite literally, the only way to be sure is to try it out for yourself for a few weeks. Most supplements can take anywhere from a few days to a month to notice the full benefits (depending on your system). However, ones that are for your hair and nails often take a few months because it takes a few months for your hair and nails to grow out enough to see the new healthy growth.
