Nail biting problem!!? using 20 characters...blahh?

I have a huge habit of biting nails, and once i did stop, but they were so flimsy that they broke right off after a few days of actually being long! I read this book called Airhead and how she bites her nails, but supermodels can't or whatever adn they put this liquid on her nails that dries super-fast and it hardens and then they filed them down and they said ';go ahead try to bite them'; and she did, but it hurt her teeth, so they don't break..





does anyone know what this is called?

You could try putting nail polish remover on your nails...it would make them taste nasty when you went to try and bite them.Nail biting problem!!? using 20 characters...blahh?
