I have one toe nail that is thick and yellow, is there any thing I can do at home to help this problem?

Using Lamasil to treat a toenail fungus is like using a hydrogen bomb to kill a bug. It's overkill and potentially dangerous.

IF it's a fungus you can treat it with plain distilled vinegar. Just douse some on your toenail every day. It won't smell once it's dried.

It take about a year for a new toenail to grow out so it's going to require time and patience. You don't have to use the vinegar that long. Just 6 months maybe. But it'll be longer than that before you see a nice toenail again.I have one toe nail that is thick and yellow, is there any thing I can do at home to help this problem?
Try soaking regularly in vinager and water. I would steer clear of salons for pedicures, because the fungus can actually be spread. Salons sanitize things, but there's still a chance the fungus can survive.I have one toe nail that is thick and yellow, is there any thing I can do at home to help this problem?
You have fungus under it, as do I. Try Lamasil. I think you need a prescription for it.
Its nail fungus and you will want to ask your doctor about treatments available. Usually the most effective treatment is an oral prescription, but there are nail polishes and creams that can work in mild cases.
My dad has foot fungus and he uses a bleach pen... like the ones you use for laundry and it keeps his nails clean and white. But Lamisil can give you dharia.
you might be able to buy some fungus control stuff, it doesn't cost that much i don't think, you can just apply it at home and it works...i think
sry the only thing you can do is go to a foot doctor go before you get an infection and it gets bad if you dont go they might have to give up a shot
Yes, you can try to get from Sally's Fungunail. that it will help and also try to get pedicures in a clean Salon.
try cutting it. it mite grow back normal.

  1. you have to be VERY aggressive to kill nail fungus. when you file your nail, make sure you don't miss a single spot. it's very easy to miss a few spots or spores and have it get infected again.Fungus Relief Reviews

    1. There's really no medicine in there that is anti-fungal. How old is she? You say she has had the problem for many years, but is too young to take medication.Nailtiques Fungus Treatment Reviews
