You have fungus under it, as do I. Try Lamasil. I think you need a prescription for it.

you might be able to buy some fungus control stuff, it doesn't cost that much i don't think, you can just apply it at home and it works...i think
sry the only thing you can do is go to a foot doctor go before you get an infection and it gets bad if you dont go they might have to give up a shot
