How do i fix this problem with my nails?

On the bottom of your nails it is supposed to be curved but mine are straight because the skin grows too much onto my nails, so i can't wear fake nails because it is not the right shape. My friend said that at nail salons they have ways of pushing the skin back, but i'm not sure. How do i fix this and prevent it from happening? How do i fix this problem with my nails?
The only way is to keep pushing the skin back gently every day, in the salons they usually cut them back. Put plenty of cream on them too and rub it in - that should help. How do i fix this problem with my nails?
Go to walmart or a local store that has nail products and buy a nail manicure kit of some sort. It doesn't have to be 15 dollars and up, just a cheap little 5 dollar kit that has the equipment for cutting, filing and working with cuticles. There's an object inside of almost every kit you will find that looks sort of like a mini shovel. It is used to push that skin back.
Cut your fingers off.
