Nail polish problem!!!?

Well... im a girl.. and girls paint their nails.. well ive painted my nails MANY MANY times... never had problems... well... the last few times ive painted my nails they just REFUSE to dry... and i use a nail enamel dryer.. Umm... i've blown on them... well i put two coats on, not very thick... but when i put one little coat on it chips SOOOO fast and isn't the color i want til the 2nd coat... man.. i feel dumb.. but...

idk what to do. haha.Nail polish problem!!!?
You seem to know what you're doing since you know to apply thin layers so that it doesn't get all gooey. I just aply the second coat as soon as I'm done with the first one, since by then each nail has had a while to dry as I paint the others. A couple minutes after applying the second coat, apply a top coat to protect your manicure from chips. You can try to use your nail dryer to speed up the process but you just have to be sure to wait a while and not touch anything until it's all set. If you're impatient and want your polish to dry quickly, get a fast-drying formula. Those, however, can sometimes get those little bubbles in them as they dry. The problem could just be that the formula you choose isn't very good quality. I think OPI, Essie and Sally Hansen polishes tend to work better then certain others.Nail polish problem!!!?
Happened to me before...It really is a pain :/

You may have to put on a light first layer then wait for it to dry to put on the second. This really can take a while depending on the brand. You have to have ALOT of patience it can up to like 30 mins... Don't touch anything nail polish has a bad Habit of not drying when you want it to but it dries on things its not supposed to...Good luck! :)
1st thing is the nail polish old? real cheap? If not, then wait longer between coats. I'ts always better to put on two or even three thin coats than thick ones. The surface dries but it doesn't dry underneath then the new coat mixes in and well.....it will take forever to dry.
its probably the brand.. lol srry idk just put them under a lamp for a while i think that will help idk srry if tht didnt help
Is the polish old? Try a new bottle, see if that works. Otherwise, I don't kno! I don't paint my nails much...
