I have a friend who has battled the same thing and struggled to find an over the counter (or even prescription) product that worked. One suggestion that has not cured, but has significantly helped is applying drops of tea tree oil.Toe Nail Problem help me?
I think the best thing to do is first go and get treatment from a doctor. And try and get a pedicure atleast twice a month.
