you take garlic then cut it and you rub it onto your nail it can help to grow your nail then you leave it untill you can bear it.Thicken im not so sure about that? My friend suggested that to me so i give it try now my nail quite long already.You can try it but bear in mind garlic got smell make sure you wash your hands properly lah?

Yes, Sally Hansen Clear Gloss Nail Growth and Strength Nail polish. That's not exactly what it's called, but it's something like that. I know it is Sally Hansen clear gloss though! I use it all the time and my nails are strong and long! Good luck!
