Broken nail problem... URGENT!?

Hi. I recently got kicked in the foot, and it damaged my toenail pretty bad. It was bleeding for a while, but it stopped. It still feels sore, but I just ignore it. Now, for some reason, the bottom of my nail is oozing out a clearish fluid. What can I do to not get it infected? I cannot afford to have it treated by a doctor, so what should I do?

Clean it with hydrogen peroxide regularly and wrap it with guaze to keep it from getting dirty. Keep it dry as well as you can.
