My nails have these white dots on them. Got any ideas of what they are. And if you know a solution to get rid of them that would be great!Nail Problems need a soulution?
In cosmetology school we were taught that the small white dots on your nails are 'stress points' they are where you have put stress on your nails, whether it be from harsh chemicals, smashing them in a door, etc; having artificial nails put on/taken off, filed too harshly, and many other reasons. As far as I know there isnt a way to get rid of them. I've heard of nail bleaching but I feel it does more harm than good. The best thing to do is get regular manicures, moisturize and pay attention to your hands.Nail Problems need a soulution?
it may be because of a lack of a nutrients in your body i.e calcium or iron
