I have a nail bitting problem and two of my nails are half bitten and im nnot sure if there going to grow back i have basically stopped biting them now and i get a little rim of nail growing around the side im confuzed please helpNail problems?
Be patient. Your nails will grow healthy and strong if you leave them alone. Try a course of vitamin tablets to give them a boost.Nail problems?
Perhaps you could try biting your toe nails to give your poor finger nails a good rest and a chance to regenerate.
If you persevere long enough eventually you might perhaps succeed.
