I'll try to make this clear, in the spot between your nail and your skin (where you cut your nails), there's this sort of translucent thing which HURTS LIKE CRAZY when I tried to cut it or get rid of it. It's on all my fingers except my thumbs, and the pain is unbelievable when I try to cut it, so that's out of the question. I can barely cut my nails, I have to have them long and I'm a guy, can someone help me?

That's called the edge of your nail bed. You're not supposed to cut it. Just make sure they're clean.
It is time to see a doctor.

Definitely it is the time you should consult with a doctor. Cutting them to get rid of the problem is not the solution.
