dude you need to get laid..............oh yeah you lost your teeth
you need to eat some vitamin C!! also get some Sally Hanson products ie nail hardner, miracle nail growth - they will help your nails along - but what ever you do - stop biting them!!!!
ok. first stop biting those nails. not only is it unsightly, nails are disgusting and dirty there are a lot of germs that harbor under those suckers. they sell stuff like a nail polish that will help you to stop biting they sell it at walmart. it sounds like maybe you aren't getting enough nutrition and you may need better eating habits. or you can use daily vitamins. since nails and hair are a keratonized form of protein and vitamins any excess of these items benefit your nail and hair growth and their health. it may take several months to see results but you will see them. tghe ridges however may be from damage done to the nail bed itself and there may not be anything to fix that other than filing the surface of the nail then buffing. you can get a manicure once a month to help the appearance of the nails also.
