How to stop my biting nail problem!:S?

pretty much i have a really bad biting nail problem and i've really tried to stop many times nothing has worked but it looks so bad i know it has to stop any great ideas or tips ???How to stop my biting nail problem!:S?
I always put nail polish on mine it helped to where I wouldn't bite them.How to stop my biting nail problem!:S?
Once your bite them short enough they are going to start hurting really bad, and the pain will be bad enough that you will have to stop until they heal up, and then you should be cured. Or you could just wrap them in tape, so biting isn't possible, but people will think you are weird.
stop biting for a few days and get acrylics put on. you can pretty much not bite them off or it hurts your teeth really bad. or buy that gross clear polish stuff, its disgusting youll most likely quit
That nail polish stuff that you put on your nails (its clear).


And it tastes REVOLTING. (on purpose)


So you wont want to bite your nails because of the taste.
get a really nice manicure. Then you wont bite them cause they look so pretty and you PAID for them.
think of how good your nails will look when you stop chewing them off!
