Nail Problem. Any Manicurists have any suggestions?

I work in food service and cut my nails often. I have been getting hang nails and ingrown nails alot lately. Any suggestions? I use moisturizer alreadyNail Problem. Any Manicurists have any suggestions?
If you work in food service, you probably wash your hands more often than most people, so you will also need to use hand lotion more often than most people. You could try Keri lotion, which is often used by medical professionals. They have their original formula, very good to apply in the morning and before bed, and a fast absorbing formula which can be nice throughout the day. As well, if you are using latex gloves, some people find that the powder inside can be irritating, or they can develop allergies to the latex, and may need to switch to vinyl gloves. If you have hangnails, you need to trim them off with clippers, not pull at them, which causes larger tears in the skin. If you are getting ingrown nails, you are cutting them too short or too curved - try cutting them straighter across and letting them grow out a bit. If they are ingrown at the moment, you can wedge a little bit of cotton under the edge of the nail to help it grow out straight instead of growing painfully through layers of skin.Nail Problem. you should try going to a manicurist, and ask them if they have any products you can use to help your problem. If your problem persists and you get an infection, you should try going to a doctor for further assistence. hope i could help!
